Okay, let me get this straight. You requested your payment on October 3rd and you hadn’t received it by October 7th (according to your screenshot). But during the time between your request and receiving the payment, the ‘request payment’ button was still visible for you. It only disappeared after you received the payment (on October 7th). Is that chronology correct? Could you please share the transaction reference with me?
first, i requested a payment on october 1 using visa/mastercard, then the button disappeared after clicking it saying tht theres a pending payment. next day, i got an error my visa wasnt accepted then the button appeared again. i changed my payout option to btc then i made the request for payout again, after requesting the button disappeared saying there’s a pending payment. then on october 7 i finally received my payout, and i can no longer see the option “Request for payment” in the Payouts section together with history and settings
