Good morning
All my clicks started to fail about 2 days ago, the wanted websites are not highlighted on google dot com, even though I can see the website right in front of me. For example I am told to go and search Jamesanon and the website is James****.com I click Jamesanon.com that and nothing happens. (
google dot com is my default so if it was the google redirect issue then some (those jobs that are set to google.com) should have worked.
I have done a fresh install of the extension. This didn’t work
I have reset my router didn’t work
I have also done a google cookies reset, I need a new job to see if this works.

When Clickspaid opens the tab ClicksPaid will display a pop-up message notifying you of the next steps. if you don’t see those pop-up messages, it means the tab was opened in Google domain other than .com and then Google redirect to google.com and/or the search wasn’t performed on the correct Google domain. Try your country’s Google domain.
I did, google.co.uk doesn’t exist anymore (scrapped by google in april 2025), and defaults back to google.com anyway. My country doesn’t have it’s own domain and it’s not selectable.
www.google.co.uk is working for me.
did it go to google.co.uk? or did it redirect to google.com? On regular firefox it goes and stays on google.co.uk. On firefox devoloper version even if I go into in and delete every other search engine and just leave www.google.co.uk I still get google.com.
I even searched for google.co.uk in quotation marks, click on it and it converts to google.com
This is something that google has done.

Yes, I did go to google.co.uk and did not redirect to google.com on Firefox.
If you want to do search in google.co.uk then set your firefox address bar to search in google.co.uk , use the address bar to perform searches in google.co.uk.
You must create Google.co.uk search engine entrie under Firefox Settings → Search → Search Shortcuts . You can use a Firefox addon like mozlz4-edit to create new search engines.
I´m using https://www.google.com/search?q={searchTerms}&num=100
and https://www.google.es/search?q={searchTerms}&num=100
, so Google it will show 100 results per page.
Alternatively you can use the Firefox extension ContextSearch web-ext – Get this Extension for 🦊 Firefox (en-US) , so you can enable your firefox search engines in the context menu then you can choose Google.com or Google.co.uk . Make sure set Open in Current Tab Left button in the Context Menu - Search Actions in the Extension Settings, so when you right click on the keyword and select “Search for …” Google.com or Google.co.uk and use Left Click mouse button you perform the search in the same Tab opened by Clickspaid.
