Cannot request a paypal payout lol

Currently we cannot accept paypal request LOL, what a joke.

Smart enough, as they say. As soon as there’s a problem with Paypal, you know it’s a scam.

The minimum for Paypal payout is 10$, for Bitcoin it’s 5$. Plus maybe they receive their Paypal fund the beginning of the month, so that’s when they process the Paypal payout.
They are paying to Paypal the beginning of the month without issues.

I am also getting the following message
Currently, we cannot accept PayPal payout requests.
Please use Bitcoin to get the payments faster.

So is bitcoin recommended?
