Look, we really like the site, you didn’t tell us what wrong we did, we really like the site, i don’t mind if you 0 my balance but reactivate my account and all the folks with similar issue.
Maybe do that and if anything you feel were done wrong just tell us to make sure it never happens again like for example not visiting another page on the site after 30 sec or not opening random sites before going to the main site etc… and thanks.
