Getting Adult website tasks even when it's off in the settings

The ‘Show adult content’ option is turned off in my profile, yet often I get 1 or 2 adult website keyword search tasks per day.
Due to this I keep getting the negative (No) mark under my task success rate. :pensive:

If possible, can you please fix this from your end? :pleading_face:
