My assignments have been failing because there is no highlight.Installing an older version of Firefox was suggested, but I couldn’t get it to work.Any suggestions? Please assist me.

same here, sometimes i dont get the hilglight
yes many time it happens. You can try to reload the page and you will see highligh working and your task will be counted. I think it is a software issue + Firefox.
Just copy the the website from task description area and paste it in google.Timer will start and count as success
