How To Get More Task

Can some one please help me how to get more then 6-8 task a day as i am getting that much from last 6 months after spending 10-12 hrs a day

i am getting upto 12 tasks per day. My checkout time is 6 Am, 11 AM, 3 PM , 11 PM

i am here daily from 11 am till 2:30 am every day but only get 6 to 8 tasks if lucky then get 2 survey once in 2 or 3 days
