I have taken all the steps it asks for, but when I get to downloads on my cell phone, it doesn’t give me any option to install it, everything appears transparent.

these are the instructions Using ClicksPaid from Android
have to enable debug menu in firefox and then use the install add-on from file option.
works like charm, had no problem installing it on phone.
