If made through btc wait for sometime because in recent time mining fees are higher so they are keeping your payment on hold for a while
Just wait they’re waiting for a certain range of fees to send the payouts, maybe today.

idk i’m banned from fast payouts anyways.
I got mail from them that withdraws are suspended and they are working on other technical issues… It may take 3-5 days for fixing and after that they work on payouts…
i recived my 6th payment today in btc
