Multiple accounts. violation terms

WOW, I work for like 2 month and than this is happen? why even do I create multiple accounts? to get a ban? like come on, even when you contact the support they cannot do anything because they tell you is part of the system. I really disappointed right now,

Same thing happened to me literally why should we create a another account to get ban?? Is that what we want after the hard work. Shame.
