My Account deactivated without any reason

I swear that I wasn’t using multiple accounts of clickspaid but I didn’t know that why my account has been deactivated…

I use my friend’s bitcoin wallet address because I was not able to withdraw in my wallet.

Please activate my account. I wasn’t use multiple accounts.

I just used my friend’s bitcoin wallet address. He also withdrawal in same wallet from his clickspaid account…
