My account got penalized for no reason

This is the response i got .This was my second month with them and got penalized for no reason ,if this is the end with clickspaid for me i hope that the other workers will be on the lookout.This was sudden cause i was getting tasks literally today hoping to get payed before the 5th of this month and got hit with this

I have the same problem. My account was also penalized for multiple accounts, but I only have one account.
