hello, its been 3 days since i got a task i keep refreshing every hour and still nothing. Zero tasks since Sep 14. anyone else having the same issue?

it’s now been 10 days with ZERO tasks. whats going on? is my account restricted?

I also have fewer tasks. 
I noticed mid-month there’s usually lag or drop in some tasks idk if it’s cause they redo orders around that time. Generally it picks back up in a few days.
