I think they greyed out bitcoin payout because of bitcoin price downfall due to this they have to spend more satoshi in order to match with usd conversion… this is why they not making payouts totally they are ignoring payouts and forum message for this… whatever the price or usd conversion is they have to pay for the earnings by users that is hard earning money of them… If not then dont give bitcoin payout option incase you cant give more satoshi to people…Totally and purely not care of their users.
