Hi, I have a balance of $21.95 which hasn’t been paid. My account doesn’t seem to have restrictions. Please advise.

You might be included in the next payment cycle, which runs from August 1st to 5th. If you use PayPal, you need a minimum balance of $20 by the start of the month (the 1st–5th) to be included in that cycle’s payout; if you haven’t reached the $20 threshold by then, your payment might be deferred to the next cycle (month).
