I have accumulated 5 USD. But I can’t find any option in my panel to request a withdrawal to my bitcoin wallet.

go to payouts 》 settings … you should see payout options where you can choose

I repeat for the 9 milion times, I DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

I have no idea! As you can see, the penalty was received in 2024, and my earning were deducted as a penalty, no matter how many times I explained that I do not have multiple accounts, still no support of help whatsoever.
