where is the payout button?

Yes, it’s been like that for a few days. Did you try to request the payment before last week or is this the first time? In my case, the button was still there until October 1st; after that date (and after requesting the payment), it disappeared.

my last payment on 27 mei with BTC, after that i didnt pay out my balance for few month, so in first time after few month i didnt know if they had a problem with payout method.
