Paypal payout not being accepted

So when i try to payout via paypal right now, its showing that "Currently, we cannot accept PayPal payout requests.
Please use Bitcoin or Binance to get the payments faster. " I only have paypal and want to payout via paypal pnlu. What should i do? Are they not accepting paypal payouts at all?

PayPal payments are done once a month by Clickspaid, within the first 5 days of the month. Stop requesting the payment and continue working it will be processed early next month.
