Penalidade injusta

by email I told them that my notebook went to the support and to continue working I opened my account on another computer but it didn’t open so I made an account for my husband and we started working together when when my computer arrived we worked each on our own account. I didn’t receive payment nor did he because they say they are multiple accounts if my email queries were answered this wouldn’t have happened. penalized if they need evidence of my computer in the assistance I send the email I sent asking and no response from the company. we are not thieves or cheaters I asked and as there was no answer I thought there was no problem. there is a great lack of communication here. everything I say I prove because we live in a world of lies. the truth proves itself but the lie does not.
