Penalty of multiple account

Dear Smmshop I have more than a year doing tasks working daily from my pc at home, today I have received a message of penalty for multiple accounts and my payment not send me. Please review my case, I have not multiple account i have only one account please check my account and solve it please

same with me too. I referred my friend and now its showing multiple account.

Did any of you receive any help/reply from the support regarding this issue?

Still the same here unfortunately, not sure if they’re really busy or just ignoring the mail I’ve sent them.
Even sent them a PM through this forum, without any luck :frowning:
