Dear users,
Please be careful when withdrawing funds to Bitcoin (BTC) wallets.
There are two important things you must check before making a withdrawal:
-
Network Fee β A standard BTC network fee (e.g., 0.0004 BTC) is deducted from each withdrawal.
-
Minimum Deposit Amount β Many wallets (including Cwallet and exchanges like Binance) will not credit your wallet if the amount is below their minimum threshold (e.g., 0.0001 BTC).
This means:
If you withdraw too small an amount, your BTC may remain stuck and not be visible in your wallet until you deposit more to reach the minimum.
What to do:
- Always check the total amount youβre sending
- Make sure itβs above the minimum deposit required by your BTC wallet provider
- If unsure, contact your walletβs support first
Your wallet address may be correct, but the transaction will still fail or stay pending if the amount is too low.
Thank you for your attention and understanding!

Why you not reply all time you reply only 2 to 3 min in a day., please we need you for better understanding the website and the tasks also
Instead make everyone confuse by your this announcement, why not make it easy by set minimum withdraw to be $5 again. Not everyone understand your this words, especially sometimes your answer of our questions were ambiguous. Please be responsive
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback β we truly appreciate it.
We lowered the minimum withdrawal earlier based on user requests, but unfortunately, many users then faced issues with their BTC wallets rejecting small deposits due to internal limits.
Thatβs why we now strongly recommend checking your walletβs minimum deposit requirement before making any withdrawal.
Weβre always working to improve communication and support, and your input helps β thank you again.

Hello,
Please note that our support team is here to help with technical issues or real problems related to the platform.
Support is not intended for repeated feature requests, asking about internal schedules, or requesting user data β such behavior is unusual and raises security concerns.
Also, asking for email addresses or personal information of other users is strictly forbidden and violates our privacy policy.
We want to be clear:
We do reply β all support messages are reviewed and responded to once per day.
Sending repeated or unnecessary messages does not speed up support β it only delays help for others.
