I have been experiencing a serious issue for the past two days (since July 10, 2025). When I click the “Get a new task” button, the extension becomes unresponsive — it freezes and does not load any tasks (such as Google or Bing search pages), even after waiting for a long time. To continue, I have to manually reload the extension page. However, after reloading, the “My Task” section displays the word “No”, even though there are no actual tasks shown or being processed.
I have attached two screenshots to illustrate the issue:
- Capture.JPG shows the state when the extension freezes after clicking “Get a new task”.
- Capture1.JPG shows the “No” message that appears in the “My Task” section after reloading, despite no task being visible.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, clearing cache and cookies, and restarting the browser, but the issue still persists. None of these actions have resolved the problem, and currently, I am unable to perform any tasks.
