As many here, me too had this prob. I sent them an email explaining this and they after checking credited the tasks.
I see here some are saying they are scammers. They are not scammers, they are a good company. Probs can be everywhere and everytime but when are solved all is ok.

You mean you got the payment of those failed tasks???
Yeah, please explain further and what is their email. Cause I cant find anywhere and will really appreciate the help.
