For some websites, the timer is not starting despite clicking on the website from google search. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Not only that, but I’m getting many tasks that are not even shown in the results. At all. I have sent 3 support tickets, no reponses. BUT, strangely enough, immediately AFTER sending tickets the querys “magically” begin to appear in the results again 
. And I do mean immediately.
I am reading forum posts and I’m beginning to think I’m wasting my time here.
