Waiting for a task

Hello,

I have a problem, sometimes when I click “Get Task” , the page stays on “Waiting for a task” and does not change to “Try again after 20 seconds” .

When i go to my tasks the task count as “No”

Is this a technical problem or do i need to delete the cookies from time to time?

Hi,

Please try the following steps:

  1. Update your browser to the latest version.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies.
  3. Reinstall the extension.

sometimes i get tasks but i can`t find the right website when browsing all the pages ( i check web, images, news … )
does it effect my IP ?
