What are the reason i received penalty

Hello why did I receive a penalty for multiple accounts? I have only one account in my pc please check.

i have a problem please solve this problem.
when i am search website
when i open the website not your pink mark on link.

i have only one account this happened with many peoples as i saw in forum please release our money
and tell us what should we do now?

Even if you didn’t register any other account yourself the accounts may have been connected by using the same computer, network, proxy, VPN. Neither of these is allowed by our terms.
We are sorry but because of the violation of the terms we cannot continue working with you.
