Payment Issues on a New account

The email associated to serpbot doesn’t have an active PayPal, account I added it as payment email during account creation and forgot to add it’s email address to primary active PayPal account until today when I received my first payout with the prompt to create a PayPal account on the serpbot email on which I just added the email to the many emails associated with my PayPal now It seems the payment is lost and doesn’t reflect on my PayPal, I have requested payment … Has anyone ever had this issue? how does one resolve this
