Penalty for “multiple accounts”


I was supposed to receive the withdrawal this month as usual, but when I checked the transaction history, I found a penalty due to “multiple accounts”. I am aware of your site policies and have not violated any of the terms mentioned. However, I was punished without any reason. I swear I have never used multiple accounts and there is no more than one account on the same IP address in my internet network.

Please investigate this matter thoroughly and send me my money

same happened to me, apparently if you are using public wifi your account will be blocked.
