I’ve been working here for a long time and I’m almost at 5,000 completed tasks. As someone who genuinely cares about this platform, I want to share some constructive feedback.
The software/add-on has been getting slower and more frustrating. It often lags, gets stuck on “waiting for a task,” and can be especially problematic when requesting a new task while the clock has 5 or 0 on it . I really think the add-on needs a serious upgrade or rework.
I also have to be honest: competitors seem to fix technical issues much faster. I think we could benefit from that same speed and attention to the worker experience.
I’m not saying this to complain or attack anyone. I’m saying it because I’ve been here for a long time and genuinely want to see the platform improve. If the site becomes too frustrating or time-consuming to use, eventually people’s patience will run out and they may stop logging in.
Please take this as constructive criticism from someone who really values what we have here. If the platform gets better, everyone benefits workers and owners alike.
