I have been waiting for 1 hours but no tasks appears. What should i do. Please tell me about time table. Which time is the best for working this site.

You must find that out by yourself, try to divide the day to 3 periods 8 hours each, try every day to work in a segment and find the best period, put a target, achieve it in that time, have a break the rest of the day.
