When will Paypal payout be available?

I keep on pressing “Request a payout” since I already reached 10$ but I keep getting:

Currently, we cannot accept PayPal payout requests.
Please use Bitcoin or Binance to get the payments faster.

The FAQ mentions that payments will be done within the first 5 days of the month, also stop requesting your payout for PayPal once you’ve reached the threshold before the pay day they will forward your payment as mentioned in the FAQ.

UPDATE: I received the payment alhamduli’Allah, but it’s still on hold in PayPal for 21 days tho.
